After spending a lot of time arguing with myself and those around me, I've finally arrived at the conclusion that it's far better to relax and enjoy what there is around me rather than trying to force things to be the way I want them to be.
There's a lot to be said for just maintaining and remaining mellow, but I suspect most people get so caught up in the daily rush that they never give themselves a chance to even try. Odds are things will remain the same whether you get worked up or not, so you may as well abide.
Relax. Take a deep breath and calm down. Trust me, you'll feel better.
