April 24, 2006 - I haven't been around here to update in a while. Recently I've been spending all my time working on sites for my job, and building up DiMono.net. DiMono.net is getting really close to being ready, it actually just needs me to fill out the backend a bit, genericize some other sites I've built, and make demo pages for them. Oh yeah, and it needs a banner.
January 20, 2006 - Driving to cottage. May die. Tell my girlfriend that I tolerate her.
May 01, 2005 - Finished with school forever! Final GPA of 3.9, and I never have to go back except to claim my diploma. It's nice not having three hours of work to do every night after I get home.
March 04, 2005 - I am now a moderator on RedvsBlue.com! This is the coolest fallout from the best prank ever, as the original plan was for me to only have mod powers for one day, and they just kind of ...stayed.
February 14, 2005 - I shall be playing The Goblin King for DROD: Journey to Rooted Hold. I'm very excited about this, it's professional voice-acting experience.
February 04, 2005 - The new car is a 1997 Buick Riviera. After the insurance company's settlement, we still have about a third of the money left over, and my insurance rate went down. Yay me!
January 31, 2005 - The insurance company found me not at fault for the accident, which is really good news. They rarely do that.
January 27, 2005 - Today I was hit by a car. I'm fine, but the poor schmuck who hit me has to spend $1500 to replace the bumper I broke on my shin. Chris 1, car 0
January 21, 2005 - Today I destoyed the Buick. Not my fault. I hate stupid drivers.
October 25, 2004 - I just sponsored Red vs Blue. $10 well spent. Now I get the videos earlier than everyone else, and in Hi-Res. Oh, and I get to laugh at all the people who only get them in Lo-Res, which is fun.
September 15, 2004 - Due to Microsoft's total inability to keep viruses out of my mailbox, and their unwillingness to live up to the advertisement that email in the Junk Mail folder does not count toward your mailbox usage, I've been forced to delete any emails to iamasheep@hotmail.com that aren't from someone I have in my contact list. If you want to send me mail, better use cjmarks@gmail.com instead.
September 07, 2004 - Today, school starts. My first class is in a little over 8 and a half hours, and here I am unable to sleep, typing up a page update. Term's gonna be fun!
September 03, 2004 - I got a gmail account today. My email address is now cjmarks@gmail.com so everyone will have to update their address books for me. There's something about a gigabyte of free storage that just brings a tear to my eye, you know?
August 09, 2004 - The school scheduling Gods are just, the school scheduling Gods are fair. The Macromedia Flash course opened up another section, so now I have six courses and I need to trim one down before school starts. I love it when things work out!
July 11, 2004 - Just got back from seeing Spiderman 2. Pretty good movie, no significant plotholes. Worth my money, but then again I didn't pay for the ticket.
July 05, 2004 - Spent the weekend at Toronto Trek. It was fun, but I was fighting caffiene withdrawal, so I didn't enjoy it as much as I otherwise would have. I'm almost better now, so I should be able to be productive again. All hail Zoltan, the Destructor!
July 01, 2004 - Happy Canada Day! I get to celebrate by being too light-headed and disoriented to function. Happy fucking birthday.
June 26, 2004 - I now have a nice large programming project to spend the rest of my summer on. With great power comes great responsibility, my friends, updates might be sparse again.
June 14, 2004 - I am now gainfully employed. I'm a contractor at an IT Security company, right here in Richmond Hill. When you think about it, though, who really needs free time anyway?
May 26, 2004 - My birthday! I'm 24 today, and with my birthday comes a new quote, and a new opinion. I also updated the About Me page with some things that were missing, and changed some stuff like layout in various places.
April 16, 2004 - Somehow, I made it through another term. I must be Rainman or something. Two more terms, nine more courses, I think things are looking good.
March 17, 2004 - Time to work on another new hold for Deadly Rooms of Death, called Caverns of Animus. It's actually a sequel to my other hold.
February 14, 2004 - Valentine's Day! I meant to dress up as a road flare, but accidentally gave my pants to Goodwill. I also created and released a short little hold called Squeenton Swicks for Deadly Rooms of Death today.
December 07, 2003 - Now that the opportunity has been presented, I'm creating a dungeon for Deadly Rooms of Death called King Reubus' Palace. It's shaping up to be pretty good, I think I'll be pleased with the final product.
November 27, 2003 - Registered for another term at Seneca @ York. Down to 4 courses per term now, huzzah!
November 21, 2003 - Went to Kitchener to go wall climbing at Sportsworld with 14 other poeple. My arms will never be the same, though much fun was had by all.
November 16, 2003 - Finally, a chance to update my webpage. A month of packing, moving, and unpacking, and moving furniture around has caused me to get behind in school, and now I'm finally almost caught up enough to update the page. First update since the beginning of October, and it's a doozy.
October 30, 2003 - We just moved. Yay! I sacrificed over a month of my life to packing and ignoring school assignments, all to move a mile and a half further north in to half a house with our two houses worth of stuff. I have the basement all to myself, and over twenty boxes to still unpack, most of which aren't mine. In a month and a half, when things are all worked out, I'll be having fun. Until then, I get to tell myself to eat me.
October 06, 2003 - I have a regularly occuring column on diabloii.net called Behind the Veil.

September 10, 2003 - I started working out today. Three days a week, one hour a day, from here on in. ...this could hurt
August 26, 2003 - I just found out that a poem I wrote on the spot for an online poetry contest is going to be published. The poem is called As I Sit Here, and it's located here. (you'll have to do a search for Christopher Marks and it's under Christopher James Marks. There's also a poem called "Life" by me, under just Christopher Marks.)
July 11, 2003 - Toronto Trek time. It's a science fiction convention in Toronto (surprise surprise), and it's a lot of fun. Meeting all sorts of interesting people, seeing people I haven't seen in a while like Clara and Dan, just having a blast. And all for free!
May 31, 2003 - I have a professional publication credit! It's an article on the stagnation of Diablo 2 Battle.Net. Follow the link, read the article, then take the link at its bottom to the forum thread and say something about it.
May 29, 2003 - Went to my buddy's stag party, which consisted of jumping from strip club to strip club in Toronto. Only four people showed up, including the groom, so we're doing it again tonight to make up for it. And tomorrow I'm going to Mississauga for another friend's birthday party, so all in all it will have been a busy week.
May 26, 2003 - It's my birthday today! I'm 23 now, one year closer to outliving you all.
May 15, 2003 - I wrote an animated menu in javascript. Right now it works in Netscape 6+, IE 4+, Mozilla, Opera 7, and almost works in Opera 5 and 6. When I have it working properly in Opera 5 and 6 I think I'll put it on this page to replace the buttons.
May 06, 2003 - I started learning cgi and perl. Soon I'll be adding a guestbook and feedback and stuff.
May 05, 2003 - I designed a website for a friend. There's also a link to it on my links page. When I've done more sites, I'll have a page devoted to links to them... and that's a good thing.
May 01, 2003 - I'm freelancing my computer skills at www.rentacoder.com. Neat site, really, people who need coding done post projects, and people who do coding bid on them.
May 01, 2003 - I'm working on a non-fiction book. It's a satire of successful people, cleverly disguised as a self-help book. I don't think I've ever enjoyed writing anything else as much as I enjoy writing this.
